Everyone understands the importance of being physically fit. We know that a healthy body, leads to a longer, more productive, better quality of life.


What most of us forget about is the importance of MENTAL FITNESS. Science is showing us more each day about the miraculous benefits of keeping our mind mentally fit. 

For instance . . . did you know:

  

  • Different types of thoughts are stored in different parts of the brain.
  • Your brain acts as a muscle – and it is stronger in some areas than others.
  • Every time we have a negative thought or talk to ourselves (and others) in negative terms, then we exercise THAT part of the brain “muscle.” It generally gets much stronger than the “positive” thinking part.
  • You can do simple exercises to strengthen the POSITIVE side of your brain.

So why should we care about this?

When we strengthen the positive “muscle” we:

  

  • gain more clarity
  • experience sharper focus
  • see new options that we didn’t notice before
  • tend to make better decisions
  • notice reduced stress
  • feel increased Happiness and Joy 
  • experience improved sleep habits
  •         And so much more!
